With over 30 years of experience, more than 20 of them as a portfolio manager.
Mehul brings a successful record of bottom-up investing along with deep relationships in the Indian ecosystem. He has a value bias and a rigorous approach, having met with over 150 companies each year for more than fifteen years, and holds a strong network among managements, bankers, lawyers and other participants for on-the-ground scuttlebutt.
Through his years at HSBC Global Asset Management, Credit Suisse and ASK Raymond James, Mehul created a rigorous, fundamentals-driven analytical process for stock selection, portfolio construction and risk management. He was also instrumental in raising funds from strategic domestic and offshore investors.

A firm believer in bottom-up investing, Sumit combines rigorous fundamental research with prudent risk management and a long-term ownership mindset. His investment philosophy is rooted in rigorous bottom-up research, capital preservation, and investing in growth-oriented businesses led by high-quality management teams.
At ASK Investment Managers, Sumit played a key role in building the flagship Indian Entrepreneur Portfolio (IEP) strategy, helping establish it as one of India's most respected PMS offerings. Under his stewardship, the strategy grew to approximately USD 2.5 billion in assets under management at its peak.
Widely recognized for his investment discipline, integrity, and fiduciary stewardship, Sumit continues to bring deep market insight and a proven framework for delivering sustainable long-term value to investors.
